Now available from Tech’n’Tools is the Sykes-Pickavant 3.5kw Induction Heating tool. 

This induction heater creates an alternating magnetic field that generates induced currents within the material which in turn generate heat.

It allows technicians to work even close to heat-sensitive parts and is ideal for a for a wide range of applications such as; unlocking bolts/nuts, unlocking and replacing pins or bearings, suspension, shock absorbers and mufflers removal, bending, crankshaft straightening and more. The absence of open flames makes work easier, while ensuring safety and economic savings at the same time.

The Sykes-Pickavant unit has compact dimensions, a power level setting, keyboard and 2M inductor cable. It is supplied with 581000038 - Straight Induction Wand. Other accessories are also available.
