Delphi, a brand of PHINIA Inc., has announced that it now holds the top coverage position in every primary Steering and Suspension product in the European independent aftermarket. In each category it has extensive reach over the vehicle parc, with all categories sitting at over 80% coverage, with most over 95%.
The figures for the five sectors based on TecAlliance figures as of November 2025, with percentages reflecting catalogue availability across the general European vehicle parc are:
- Track Control Arms/Wishbones at 95.84%
- Ball Joints at 83.55%
- Stabiliser Bar Links at 95.13%
- Outer Tie Rods at 98.05%
- Inner Tie Rods at 94.81%
Delphi says the achievement is the result of long-term catalogue development and coordination with repair demands in Europe. Dephi, has expanded its trusted Steering & Suspension range by more than 30% in saleable SKUs compared to 2023, an impressive growth achieved in just two years.
Workshops in Europe are seeing an increasing number of vehicles from Chinese manufacturers. Delphi has committed to supporting this market change by releasing 65 Steering and Suspension articles for models such as:
- BYD DOLPHIN, ATTO 2, and ATTO 3
- MG (SAIC) GS, HS, ZS, MG 4, and MG 5
- CHERY / OMODA Tiggo 7, and Omoda 5
A pipeline of 450 Steering and Suspension parts for other Chinese models is in progress, too, which positions the range for broader coverage as these vehicles hit local roads in higher numbers.
Delphi has increased its Steering and Suspension offerings in recent years through innovative additions and select first-to-market releases. The range now includes more than 8,500 SKUs, all of which support essential repair categories and give technicians access to the parts they need to delight their customers.
The extensive coverage offered by Delphi supports workshops and distributors. It shortens sourcing times and limits delays during repairs, lifting the customer experience. For distributors, Delphi's coverage allows smoother supply planning with fewer gaps in high-volume categories.
